• Information submitted through forms (e.g., coaching inquiries, retreat registration)

• Partner linking information (a anonymized invite code to connect couples within the app)
• Journal entries and devotional activity (stored securely and only visible to you and your linked partner where you choose to share)

2. Device Permissions

The Faithfully Ever After app requests the following device permissions:

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used solely to enable audio playback of podcast episodes within the app. We do not record, store, or transmit any audio from your device.
• Location: Used only within the Date Night Generator feature to find nearby restaurants and activities. Location data is never stored on our servers and is only used in the moment to fetch local results.
• Internet access: Required to load devotionals, sync prayer streaks, fetch podcast episodes, and connect with your partner.
• Push notifications: Used to send daily reminders, streak alerts, and partner activity updates. You can disable these at any time in your device settings.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the app:

• Firebase (Google): Used for user authentication, data storage, and push notifications. Data is stored securely in Google's cloud infrastructure.
• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes subscription state but does not store your full payment details.
• Google Sign-In: Used as an optional authentication method. We only receive your name, email, and profile photo from Google.
• Google Places API: Used in the Date Night Generator to find nearby venues. Your location is sent to Google only when you use this feature.
• Podbean RSS: Used to load podcast episodes. No personal data is shared with Podbean.
• Stripe: Used for web-based payments such as retreat or event tickets outside the app stores.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Create and manage your account
• Sync your prayer streaks, challenges, and journal entries across devices
• Connect you with your linked partner within the app
• Send notifications and daily devotional reminders
• Send newsletters, updates, and Christian marriage resources
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support
• Register you for events or retreats
• Improve app functionality and user experience
• Meet legal or regulatory requirements

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers (such as Firebase, RevenueCat, and email platforms)
• Event partners (with your consent, for retreat coordination)
• Authorities, if legally required

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to:

• Analyze app and website usage to improve performance
• Track feature engagement to understand what helps couples most
• Personalize your experience

You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function properly.
